Invisible Ableism and choices. Is it a skill? Is it a mindset?

The more choices one has, the more likely they can make a good choice.

Is it a skill really, or a matter of knowledge or perspective and mindset? To be able to make a good choice.

I guess the issues of neurodivergent people are lack of skills and wrong kind of mindsets. As individuals. They can "quit", "find a better job", etc. [I'm being ironic.]

We learn to not question Systemic Ableism.

We learn that being "a winner" is a matter of personal choices and mindsets.

We talk about choices, when there isn't even accessibility.

Ableism is what is hidden, what is "invisible".
